Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and CloudBrain (“2xTools”, “we”), based in India. By using 2xTools, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email contact@2xtools.com.

The service

2xTools provides financial, business, time/date, health, and unit-conversion calculators. Results are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. You're responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it for a real decision.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2xTools Pro subscriptions, trial, and refunds

2xTools Pro is a paid add-on (currently ₹149/month or ₹1,499/year, see /pricing for current rates) billed via Razorpay. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Embeddable widgets

You may embed 2xTools calculators on your own site using the embed code we generate. Free embeds display 2xTools attribution; 2xTools Pro removes it. We may rate-limit or disable embeds that cause excessive load or are used in a way that misrepresents the calculator's source.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, rate-limit-bypass, or reverse engineer the service.
• Use the service to submit spam, abusive, or unlawful content (including via the feedback form).
• Resell or white-label the calculators outside of the embed feature as provided.

Disclaimers and liability

2xTools is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudBrain is not liable for decisions made based on calculator results, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
