How does the converter know where one word ends and the next begins?

It splits the input on spaces, hyphens, underscores, and existing camelCase/PascalCase boundaries (a lowercase letter followed by an uppercase one), then rejoins the resulting words using the target case's capitalization and separator rules.

What's the difference between camelCase and PascalCase?

camelCase lowercases the first word and capitalizes the first letter of each subsequent word with no separators (helloWorldExample). PascalCase does the same but also capitalizes the very first word (HelloWorldExample) — commonly used for class and component names.
