14-day free trial
Every new 2xTools Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from Dashboard → Billing without paying anything.
30-day money-back guarantee
If 2xTools Pro isn't for you, email support@2xtools.com within 30days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on both monthly and annual plans.
After the refund window
Past 30days, subscriptions aren't refunded for partial periods, canceling stops future renewals, and you keep 2xTools Proaccess until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing, see /dashboard/billing. For a refund request within the 30-day window, email support@2xtools.com with the email address on your account.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
