What do the physical, emotional and intellectual cycles mean?

They are traditional 23-day, 28-day and 33-day sine-wave cycles starting from your birth date, said to represent phases of physical, emotional and intellectual capacity ranging from -100% (low) to +100% (high).

What does a 0% value mean on a cycle?

0% marks a 'critical day', the point where a cycle's sine wave crosses its baseline. In biorhythm theory this is traditionally considered a transition point between the cycle's high and low phases.
