About this calculator
Once you know your Kua number, translating it into eight specific compass directions, four favorable and four unfavorable, requires a reference table most people don't have memorized, and mixing up which direction is Sheng Chi (the single most favorable one) versus a merely "good" direction is a common point of confusion. This calculator takes your Kua number and looks up the full set: the single best direction (Sheng Chi), the remaining good directions, and the directions to avoid, using the standard Feng Shui Kua-to-direction table. It's meant to be used right after finding your Kua number, to actually apply it, orienting a bed to face a favorable direction, choosing which way a desk or front door should point.
