NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of August 28, 2026, by and between:

4. Term
This Agreement shall remain in effect for 2 year(s) from the date first written above, unless terminated earlier by mutual written consent.

5. No License
Nothing in this Agreement grants either Party any rights to the other's Confidential Information beyond what is expressly stated here.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction].
