This calculator looks up your known size, category (shoe or clothing) and system (US, UK, or EU) in standardized size-chart tables and returns the equivalent sizes across the other systems, including letter sizing (XS-XXL) for clothing. Rather than relying on memory or a rough rule of thumb like "subtract one for UK shoe sizes," which doesn't hold consistently across categories and brands, this gives a table-based conversion that reflects the standard published size charts, useful when ordering from an overseas store, reading a size tag while traveling, or comparing sizing across brands that label differently.
