This converter takes a percentage score and looks it up against the standard US 10-point letter grade scale (90-100 A range, 80-89 B range, and so on down to F), returning the corresponding letter grade with plus/minus modifiers and its equivalent GPA points on the standard unweighted 4.0 scale.
